71php Terms & Conditions

§ 1 Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 71php online gaming website at 71php.net and all associated services, games, features, and tools accessible via the site or any authorised application.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player to access and use the Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's 71php wallet, denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by 71php that are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed on any game or sports market available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, including submission of valid Philippine government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary regulator of gaming activities in the Philippines.

§ 2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on the 71php platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are located in the Philippines and are legally permitted to participate in online gaming in your specific jurisdiction;
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person;
• You have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy in their entirety;
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of any such person employed by 71php or any of its affiliated entities;
• You are not using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to access, scrape, or exploit the Platform in any unauthorised manner.

These Terms apply to all Platform users regardless of device type, connection method, or geographic location within the Philippines. If you access the Platform through a mobile device or application, these Terms apply in full to that access.

§ 3 Eligibility & Age Verification

Minimum Age: The minimum age to register and use 71php is 21 years old, consistent with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling. Players who are under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or wagering on the Platform.

Age Verification Process: 71php enforces mandatory age and identity verification (KYC) for all accounts. Players must provide a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document — such as a PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, SSS ID, UMID, or Driver's License — before any withdrawal request will be processed. Accounts that cannot be verified to be 21 or older will be suspended immediately.

Underage Gaming: If it comes to the attention of 71php that a Player is under 21 years of age, the account will be closed, all pending wagers voided, and any deposited funds returned to the original payment method after deducting any winnings generated. 71php will report confirmed underage gaming incidents to the appropriate regulatory authority.

Geographic Eligibility: The Platform is intended for Players located in the Philippines. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is legal in their specific location before registering. 71php makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside of the Philippines.

§ 4 Account Registration & KYC

Registration: To access real-money gaming features on 71php, Players must complete the account registration process, providing accurate and complete information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and mobile number.

One Account Rule: Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active 71php account. Creating multiple accounts — whether through the same device, IP address, payment method, or identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 71php reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate associated balances.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 71php strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP. You must notify 71php support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 71php is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.

KYC Documents Required: Prior to processing withdrawals — and at any time deemed necessary by 71php for compliance purposes — Players must submit:

• A valid, government-issued Philippine photo ID (PhilSys ID, Passport, UMID, SSS ID, or Driver's License);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing name and number);
• Proof of residential address in the Philippines where required (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days).

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 30 days of the request will result in withdrawal restrictions and may lead to account suspension.

§ 5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Currency: All transactions on the 71php platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made through Philippine payment methods.

Accepted Payment Methods: 71php accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and Visa/Mastercard, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

Deposit Terms: Deposits are credited to your account wallet in real time or within the processing time of the selected payment method. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. 71php does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a verified account. Unverified accounts cannot request withdrawals.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM PHT) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya). Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• 71php reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is only permitted after all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. A monthly inactivity fee of ₱100 may be applied to dormant account balances after the 12-month period, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the Player.

§ 6 Bonuses & Promotions

71php offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated within the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before a withdrawal can be requested. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in the offer details.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports bets, and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have a stated validity period. If the wagering requirements are not met within the validity period, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing low-risk hedging bets across outcomes, or coordinating with other players — constitutes bonus abuse. 71php reserves the right to void all bonuses and winnings and close any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse.
• Promotional Changes: 71php reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not adversely affect bonuses that have already been credited and are being actively wagered.

§ 7 Game Rules & Fairness

Game Integrity: All games available on the 71php platform — including slot titles, live dealer games, bingo, fishing arcade games, and sports betting markets — are provided by certified third-party game suppliers and are subject to independent testing and certification for fairness and randomness.

RNG Certification: Random Number Generator (RNG) games are certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and not manipulated by the Platform or game provider. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are made available within each game's information panel.

Malfunction: In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or network disconnection that interrupts a wagering round, 71php reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager amount to the Player's wallet. Winnings generated from a demonstrably malfunctioning game are not valid and will not be paid.

Sports Betting: Sports betting odds are subject to change prior to the commencement of an event. Bets accepted prior to any odds change remain valid at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. 71php reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by irregular activity, match abandonment, or significant data errors.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, bet settlement, or transaction, the Player must submit a formal complaint to 71php support within 30 days of the event in question. 71php's records shall be considered authoritative in the resolution of disputes, subject to review by the relevant regulatory authority where applicable.

§ 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 71php platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Creating more than one account for the purpose of circumventing restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses;
• Using the Platform to launder money or finance any illegal activity;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Platform staff or other players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform or its games;
• Using a VPN or proxy server to mask your true geographic location.

§ 9 Account Suspension & Closure

By 71php: 71php reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, identity misrepresentation, or any activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, 71php may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms the breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. Where no breach is confirmed, any legitimately earned balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

By the Player: Players may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting 71php support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any balance remaining in the wallet (after deducting any pending wager settlements and uncleared bonus amounts) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion through the Account Settings page or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be locked and they will be unable to reopen it until the exclusion period has lapsed.

§ 10 Responsible Gaming

71php is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates in alignment with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic logout after a specified period of play.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per session or per week.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic pop-up notifications displaying your session duration and net wagering activity.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform.

21+ Policy: 71php enforces a strict minimum age of 21. Any attempt to circumvent this age restriction is a serious violation of these Terms and Philippine law.

§ 11 Intellectual Property

All content available on the 71php platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 71php or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

You may access Platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with your registered 71php account. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or redistribution of Platform content is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of Philippine intellectual property laws.

§ 12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 71php and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliated entities shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from your own gaming decisions or wagers placed on the Platform;
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in game availability caused by maintenance, third-party provider outages, or events beyond 71php's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure your login credentials;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising out of your use of the Platform;
• Losses arising from reliance on inaccurate odds, game information, or promotional materials that contained typographical errors subsequently corrected.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 71php makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

§ 13 Privacy & Data Protection

71php collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at 71php.net/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and regulatory compliance. 71php does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

§ 14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 71php platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with 71php's support team, Players may escalate their complaint to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority. 71php will cooperate fully with any such regulatory review process.

§ 15 Amendments to These Terms

71php reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 71php will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9 above.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently updated.
